Electric Forest returns to the Double JJ Ranch in Rothbury, Michigan in late June 2026 for another immersive journey through music, art, and the legendary Sherwood Forest. What began as a small electronic music gathering has grown into one of the most unique festival experiences in the world - a four-day celebration where the natural forest setting becomes as much a part of the show as the performers on stage.

The Forest Experience

Electric Forest is defined by its setting. The Sherwood Forest - a wooded area within the festival grounds - is transformed with thousands of LED lights, interactive art installations, and theatrical performances that turn a Michigan forest into something genuinely magical after dark. Walking through the forest at night is an experience that has no parallel at any other music festival.

Musically, Electric Forest has always blurred genre lines.
