Globe Life Field is brand new, fully air-conditioned, and sitting right in the heart of Arlington between Dallas and Fort Worth. The retractable roof means you're never at the mercy of that brutal Texas heat, and the interior is designed to feel like an old-school ballpark despite being one of the newest in baseball. The Rangers won their first World Series in 2023, and the city of Arlington (and all of DFW) absolutely erupted. After decades of heartbreaking close calls - the 2011 World Series is still painful for fans to talk about - finally getting that title was cathartic. The energy at Globe Life Field during that playoff run was unlike anything the franchise had ever seen.

Texas does food big, and Globe Life Field follows suit. Boomstick - a two-foot-long hot dog loaded with chili, cheese, and jalapenos - is the signature item and it's exactly as ridiculous as it sounds. The brisket options are legit too (this IS Texas), and the Tex-Mex stands serve nachos that could feed a family of four.

Before the game, the entertainment district between Globe Life Field and AT&T Stadium (the Cowboys' place) has restaurants, bars, and plenty of pregame energy. Texas Live! is right there and it's built for exactly this. After the game, head to the Stockyards in Fort Worth or Deep Ellum in Dallas for the after-party. Rangers baseball finally has its championship, and Globe Life Field is the castle that celebrates it.
