Camping World Stadium is a legitimate multi-purpose stadium and it's earned its spot in Central Florida's event calendar. The Citrus Bowl game and several other college football bowls are played here in January, drawing major programs and real crowds. The 65,000-seat capacity handles stadium-scale concerts and the location in the Parramore neighborhood puts it close to downtown Orlando without being in the middle of it.
Florida weather is the main variable to plan around. Summer shows here are hot until the sun goes down, and afternoon storms are routine between May and October - they pass quickly, but pack accordingly and don't be surprised if there's a brief weather hold. Parking in the lots around the stadium is available and the rideshare situation works well for most events. If you're coming from the theme park corridor, budget for traffic on I-4.
