The Colosseum at Caesars Palace
The 4,300-seat theater that Celine Dion built (literally) has hosted every Vegas mega-star you can think of. When Adele picks her Vegas room, she picks the Colosseum - that tells you everything.

The Colosseum at Caesars Palace is the room that invented the modern Las Vegas residency. It was literally constructed in 2003 for Celine Dion's "A New Day..." show, and every headliner since then has been playing in a space built from the ground up for world-class productions. The sound system is pristine, the sightlines are engineered so every seat feels close, and the production capabilities are absolutely insane.
When Adele says she's doing Vegas, she does it here. When Garth Brooks wants a residency, he does it here. Jerry Seinfeld practically has a standing reservation. The Colosseum is where the biggest names in entertainment go when they want the Vegas experience done right - 4,300 seats of pure spectacle every single night.
Before the show, you're at Caesars Palace, which means the dining situation is handled. Nobu does some of the best Japanese food in all of Vegas. Gordon Ramsay's Hell's Kitchen is right on the Strip for something theatrical and delicious (the beef Wellington, obviously). Or hit up Mr. Chow for upscale Chinese in a room that screams "I'm in Vegas and I'm not holding back tonight."
Pro tip: rip yourself away from the blackjack table long enough to actually enjoy the show. You can gamble later. Check what's playing at the Colosseum on Evil Tickets and experience Vegas entertainment at its absolute best.
