Fenway Park
The oldest park in Major League Baseball opened in 1912, and sitting in those green seats with a hot dog and the Monster in front of you is a rite of passage for any sports fan.

Fenway is a bucket-list ballpark and it earns the reputation. The Green Monster in left field is genuinely impressive in person - photos don't capture how close it is to home plate. The park is cramped, the sightlines in some corners are awkward, the leg room is nonexistent, and somehow it doesn't matter. The whole thing feels like a time capsule from a different era of baseball, which is exactly the point. Get there early enough to walk around before first pitch.
The neighborhood around Fenway is wall-to-wall bars and restaurants that fill up before every game. Bleacher Bar is built directly into the Green Monster with a window that opens onto center field, which is a genuinely surreal experience. For concerts, the field configuration works well for standing shows and the acoustics in the outfield are better than you'd expect from an outdoor stadium.
