Kaseya Center
The Heat's home arena sits right on Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami, and the views from the upper concourse looking out at the water before a playoff game are about as Miami as it gets.

Kaseya Center is one of the better arena settings in the NBA, and a lot of that is pure geography - the Biscayne Bay waterfront location means you're walking into a show or a game with the bay on one side and downtown Miami on the other. The 19,600-seat arena is loud on playoff nights when the Heat faithful are packed in, and the building has a reputation as one of the tougher road environments in the Eastern Conference.
The arena books a consistent slate of major concerts in addition to the NBA calendar - the layout works for both GA floor shows and seated configurations. Parking in the surrounding lots is available but pricey, and Uber/Lyft drop-off on Biscayne is efficient for most events. If you're staying nearby, the Miami Metromover connects downtown and Brickell to the area around the arena at no cost - seriously, skip the parking garage and take the free train.
Heat playoff tickets and Kaseya Center concert dates are on Evil Tickets - the waterfront setting alone makes this one worth going to in person.
