Union Transfer lives in a converted 1929 transit workers' social hall in Northern Liberties, and you can feel it the second you walk in - original woodwork, exposed structural details, a layout that someone clearly thought about instead of just gutting and slapping a bar in. It holds about 1,000 across two levels, with solid sight lines from the floor and the elevated back section, and three full bars stocked with a real microbrew selection.

Being independent is the whole point.
