Hard Rock Live Orlando

Hard Rock Live is one of the better mid-size concert rooms in Florida and the Universal CityWalk location is either perfect or annoying depending on your relationship with theme park crowds. The 3,000-capacity venue has a main floor GA section and a seated mezzanine level, and the sight lines throughout the room are genuinely good. Sound quality is consistently above average. The booking skews toward rock, pop, and hip-hop touring acts in the 3,000-5,000 range - the kind of artists who could probably fill a slightly larger room.

The CityWalk entrance means you're walking through a commercial entertainment district to get to the show, which some people find annoying and others find useful because there are bars and restaurants on the way in. Parking in Universal's garages is the easiest option if you're already there; it costs something but the infrastructure is well-organized for handling event traffic. The venue does well for late-night shows that continue into CityWalk's operating hours.
