Dolphins games have an outdoor feel even with the shade structure, and the crowd on a strong season goes from relaxed to genuinely loud. Inter Miami's home matches here draw well and the MLS atmosphere is a different energy from NFL Sundays - both are worth doing.

The Miami Open tennis tournament takes over the complex every March and is one of the best tennis events in the country outside the Slams - world-ranked players on excellent courts with a manageable crowd size. For concerts, the stadium has hosted some of the biggest touring acts in the world and the floor configuration is excellent for major productions. The stadium is in Miami Gardens, not downtown Miami, so plan for a drive - there's no rail connection, and rideshare pricing surges heavily on big event nights.
